Disappointing; lacklustre and unfriendly service. When I arrived I asked the person who greeted me if she was Krystal (the name appeared on my booking.) I received no reply and the service continued in much the same way - very perfunctory, no attempt to engage with me, speaking to other members of her staff whilst she was give me my pedicure e.g. “go and check the nail varnish levels.” After giving me my manicure (again perfunctory, I layer clearl varnish) she simply disappeared, leaving another member of staff to check when my nails were dry. In fact this member of staff was much warmer and friendlier - I wish I’d had her services. When Krystal came back she did not speak to me, not even to say goodbye. I wasn’t sure whether she was racist, or just unhappy in general but I certainly will not be going there again and cannot recommend this venue in any way shape or form.
