Lovely salon and friendly staff. Unfortunately they rang me the day before to change the booking time (not a problem) and then kept me waiting for 25 minutes after the new time. The therapist reused the same wax strip several times over which was uncomfortable and ineffective. Also worth noting there’s a mirror at the end of the bed which is very awkwardly placed when you’re getting a bikini wax!

All of the staff were super friendly and chatted with everyone there. My appointment was a little late to start but because they had had such a busy day. £23 for a gel manicure and removal is ridiculously good value and they did a great job. Will definitely go back.
