My nails look good and the price is great, but the venue felt very disorganised and the staff weren’t attentive or interested in looking after their clients at all - very distracted, chatting and watching videos on their phones, when they weren’t dashing between clients! Not sure I’d book again, it all felt a bit chaotic.
