Really pleased with the quality of my treatment and Ida’s professionalism but felt uncomfortable with other staff bickering about a Treatwell booking not being on the salon’s diary. While this is understandably problematic and frustrating, I (and all of the other customers in the salon) had scheduled this time for relaxation and it was an unsettling experience.
