Mixed hot wax and strips when I expecting all hot wax.. wasn’t a tidy wax and was done in a bit of a rush

This is not a deep tissue massage in the traditional sense, however more of a 'blended' treatment combining deep tissue with a holistic approach. Tanya is great - she listens to where your 'problem' areas are and ensures the knots are gone and you leave feeling so relaxed - definitely recommend

Friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere, coffee on the house. The pedicure and manicure came out nicely and the specialist paid attention to detail. However, I have a cut on the back of my heel after she rubbed them to soften them and I don't believe the tool was that clean or sanitized earlier. Small note about cleanliness as the tools were left anywhere on surfaces without much care. The shop could have been cleaner in general.
