I had a gel mani/pedi this weekend. The pedi was really lovely and I’m really happy with it. Krystal then took over to do my mani, and she was so rough with my nails (which were already weak) that my nail beds are still very sore. She filed the top layer off for removal so hard and caught the skin all around my nails, and I now have scabs all over my hands. I flinched several times and let her know that she was hurting me but just blamed it on my weak nails. The paint job was lovely and I’m happy with them, but will make sure that next time I return, my appointment isn’t with Krystal.
