I’ve been here a couple of times, and the customer service is pretty awful. Each time they haven’t known I had a booking through Treatwell and seemed quite irritated by it. The atmosphere is not welcoming, which is a shame because the salon is nice.

Great salon with an amazing selection of nail colours. My manicurist was really sweet and we had a nice chat.
The only thing, is that the staff often argue about each other amongst themselves while they are tending to you and I find it awkward and unprofessional. . . Not the first time
