Lovely, friendly staff, salon and I’m v happy with my pedicure, she did a great job, but wish they had a no phones policy! Was sat next to two ladies who consecutively had full-on catch ups very loudly on the phone the entire duration of my treatment which just really spoiled my experience. Came for a relaxing, peaceful hour and ended up feeling internally irritated + zen ruined by feeling I know everything about two strangers’ lives!! Please politely ask customers to refrain from taking phone calls as it really spoils the otherwise great atmosphere?
