I go regularly for a mani and pedi at palm nails as I always got a very good experience. The staff is welcoming and friendly and I never left the salon unhappy about my nails! Definitely worth it a visit!

On the plus side: The salon is beautifully decorated and has a great selection of colours.
The cons: The salon was not expecting me, despite my booking via the app. Was not made to feel welcome as a result. Both therapists used too much pressure and with the pedicure, the lady cut my big toe with the grater. Staff was unprofessional, loudly talking about how they couldn't wait to clock off work for example. Not a pleasant atmosphere.
