Varsha was lovely and the salon is great but I should have read the reviews beforehand as even though I booked a hot wax they use a combination of hot wax and strip wax. I find strip wax much more painful and always sore afterwards. So even though the result was good it still wasn't what I would have chosen.
My appointment time was also changed and your only option is to pay in advance, which I would never normally do given the option.
