It took me an hour to have shellac removed. I had to wait for my appointment as well as 3 people changed to actually do it (which is not much appreciated at the pandemic times). I understand that the service is cheap and should take no more 30mins, but if you offer the service, I would expect a bit more attention and not waste an hour to have it done.

Incredible massage.... probably the best massage I have ever had in London! went in feeling so anxious and floated back out! Could not recommend highly enough 👌🏻
