My hollywood wax was the worst experience I had so far. The salon didn't look like on the photos, the staff wasn't wearing masks when I arrived and the lady that was doing my wax had her mask over her mouth only and was chewing gum throughout the whole appointment. Even though I booked hot wax, the lady used strips which was pretty unpleasant. I would not recommend the salon to anyone.
