My first time at The Palm after a recommendation, and I think I’ve found my new go-to nail place after trying lots of options! The salon feels very chilled but efficient (I didn’t feel rushed even though I arrived 5 mins late), and the staff really know what they’re doing. It is clean, and Anna’s work on my nails was super neat and careful, and she recreated the image I showed her beautifully. Staff are friendly and warm, and I felt right at home. Great value for money. Will be returning!

The quality of the treatment was high, as always and Anna takes great attention to detail. The salon was undertaking some remedial work and was exceptionally busy due to the festive period. However, the way the staff were speaking to each other didn't make for a relaxing environment.
