I come to this saloon from years and Ezra is always amazing and she did a great job with my nails.
Although I am quite happy with my wax too I was very disappointed because the beautician wasn’t wearing a mask and she was so close to my face doing the eyebrows’ waxing so I didn’t feel comfortable at all.

Excellent manicure and pedicure - Anna was lovely, super efficient, amazing attention to detail and I was so happy with the result. Best manicure/pedicure I’ve had in London. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I don’t normally leave bad reviews but that was the worse manicure experience I’ve ever had. The nail technician cut into my cuticles on 3 fingers, the one quite badly and it’s still bloody and painful. She was super rough and felt rushed when trimming them and I’ve never had a manicure that was not relaxing like this due to the pain. And my cuticles looks bad and messy so she didn’t even do a good a job. Strange as this place has good reviews so possibly an anomaly but I won’t be coming back.

Come here if you want a very quick treatment - literally in then out in less than 20 minutes, it’s not the most relaxing experience. Maybe if I had visited during the day, I’d feel less rushed or hurried out.
I got a Hollywood done, expecting hot wax only but I was given both. Would have preferred hot wax and was not asked.
Don’t expect a spa like treatment, come here if you need to get treatments done last minute like I did.
