I have never had a worse experience having a wax. The atmosphere was unfriendly, I didn’t get asked what I wanted etc. ALL the skin has been ripped off my eyebrows - I can hardly open my eyes. It looks awful and is excruciatingly painful. I am shocked the woman did not stop when she saw just how much skin she was taking off.
