The room was really tight and there was a gap between the floor and the door meaning everyone in the salon could hear me getting waxed and at one point the beautician started speaking to their colleague from the room whilst waxing which made me uncomfortable. Also, the bikini wax has left my bikini area burnt and with scabs.

Had made appointment with Zack, but I dont think he exists as I had 2 different women start and finish, not good no consistency and the reason I wanted Zack was because last time my fingers were left bleeding! I wont be back
