Really mixed : specialist was male, and seemed newer to this team, as i'd been many times. He laughed when I requested changes to the manicure, and each time I tried to interact he would look to his other male colleague and say something under the mask, and then laugh again. There was no massage, cuticle oil nor hand lotion following the polish removal, which left my skin terribly dry. Positively : The polish was applied really well and he cut the cuticles nicely also.

My visit was okay but not the best experience I’ve had. Everyone was nice but they couldn’t do the exact colours I wanted for my mani even though the colours I asked for were basic autumn colours that you’d think most salons would have! But not much you can do I guess. A bit disappointed as it’s only been two days and my shellac pedicure has already chipped off.
