Really shocked after having a wax. Booked for 20 mins but I had to wait then the therapist rushed and I was done in less than 5. Two staff members then proceeded to rush about putting out bins and sweeping while I paid (it was the end of the day). Bruising appeared a few hours later - an honestly terrible experience.
