I have always been happy with the services, but unfortunately this time I was not happy with the manicure. Nails were not fully filled (I do have gaps on the sides and I asked to stay close to the cuticles), I have got a broken nail so she put some glue and now my nail looks bad (it seems I have dirt under it and it’s thicker) and the attempt to do the french was bad to the point I have got it removed as it looked thick and tacky (I showed a reference of how I wanted it).
