A bad experience at The Palm Nails & Beauty and definitely not worth the money. To give some constructive feedback - customer service was non existent. Staff sat staring at their phones. Nail technician aggressively filed my nails and did an okay job. Cleanliness was lacking. The only okay thing about the experience was the pedicure was good. Won’t be going back and personally wouldn’t recommend.
