The gel is smeared and not as neat as I’m used to

*Note, I was seen to be Bethany, Lauren was not in. Bethany was extremely attentive, patient and precise with my bespoke gel manicure. She spoke to me about the occasion for which I was getting my nails done for, spoke to me about my outfits and then helped me choose a polish that would suit. My polish was quite sheer so she spent time building up the coats until the polish was opaque. Probably one of the best services I've had when it comes to gel nails, and I've tried a few!
