I was booked in with Tina for eyebrows and eyelashes and she was lovely, I felt relaxed and I really feel like the level of service was amazing. It didn't feel rushed, I love my new eyebrows and eyelashes and I can't wait to book in for more treatments at Organic Treatment Company.

I arrived right on time and they were completely ready for me, so no waiting, which was brilliant. I loved my therapist, she was lovely and it wasn’t awkward as sometimes it can be. Loved it!
Appointment was meant to be at 9.30 but there was a mix up and I didn’t get seen till nearer 11 which spoiled the experience slightly.
It wasn’t the fault of the lady, who was very pleasant and professional but it would have been nice to have been offered something as an apology.
