Staff were really nice but facilities rather tired and battered (nowhere to hang clothes/coat hook broken in bathroom too). Had bikini wax which left me very sore. Thought it might be an over sensitive reaction (although never had a problem before) but next day I noticed spots of blood and now I'm healing I've developed scabs where clearly skin was removed with hair! Not very nice.
