Been a customer here for years. The staff has all been changed. My treatment was rushed. If you pay 75£ for a facial that is supposed to last an hour it should not last 50 minutes.
Unfortunately this is really disappointing.
I really loved this place but will not be returning. The facial was quite rough, it left my skin breaking out for days after, I only had a few breakouts before the treatment.
