I loved that the OP were willing to tailor my experience to make it vegan. The therapist was very thoughtful and told me she understood I wanted a vegan facial and had put all the non-vegan products away. The facial left my skin glowing. The only thing I didn't like was the product sales at the end. I got cold during the massage because the heated bed wasn't working and the room wasn't warm enough. The massage felt rehearsed, rather than attuned to what my body needed. But the therapist did find me an extra blanket and turn the heating up, so I warned up again in the end.
