I went in with a badly broken nail that was incredibly painful (my fault, I let my nails grow too long between manicures!) The manicurist took a look and agreed that a normal manicure (no gel) would be preferable until it healed. She was very gentle and careful with the injured nail and I felt very taken care of :) This place is great if you're ever in the Beckenham area.
