I waited 25 mins after my appointment to be seen. They were quite busy. Staff were friendly and had a lot of regulars coming in. I had the sns nail system. To be honest I’m not too impressed , on closer inspection my nails are bumpy and the finish is not what I’m used to. The colour is lovely. But I’d not go back to this place. Think I’ll stick to my regular people.

I was late for my appointment due to train delays, the salon were very accomodating in moving it back (thank you). The manicure was started by one person and finished by another (probably due to me being late). Both staff were polite and efficient. The manicure has lasted reasonably well. I do like the nail shape.

Lovely experience at the Orchid Studio last Saturday. The salon was busy but despite this it was still a relaxing experience. I was offered a drink before my treatment started and then asked if I'd like the massage chair switched on. It's definitely a firm massage but not uncomfortable. I had booked the luxury pedicure and manicure and would 100% recommend this. Great service and a great environment.
