Visited before but haven’t had a wax with this particular waxer, she was lovely. Very professional and the wax itself was great. I was 5 minutes late and it was no issue, will 100% be visiting again!

I went in with a badly broken nail that was incredibly painful (my fault, I let my nails grow too long between manicures!)
The manicurist took a look and agreed that a normal manicure (no gel) would be preferable until it healed. She was very gentle and careful with the injured nail and I felt very taken care of :)
This place is great if you're ever in the Beckenham area.
