Overall a good experience. Staff were polite and attentive.
Beautician was over running which meant I had to wait a considerable time longer than my prearranged appointment.
Wax wasn't as good as I have had before but adequate. Good price for the treatment hence why I selected the venue .

So my therapist Faizia new member arrived 15 minutes late and finished the treatment in 40-45 minutes. With the facial I did not even get back and neck message. Unusual, as with facial you always have neck n back..
My previous experiences have been so much better. It looks like they are getting v busy and so rushing.
I am not very happy and the facial feels incomplete.
