Lovely first visit to this salon. I was made to feel very welcome, it was comfortable, clean and efficent. I had a great shellac manicure that was quick and professional and reasonably priced. I would recomend.

I visited this salon for the first time this week. Following a good Gel manicure I decided to book a pedicure for today. This was done by a member of staff called Faiza and it was awful. She scrapped too much skin off the sole of my foot which left it red, sore and stinging in pain. When I complained about this, she replied that I must have had cracked skin to begin with (definitely not the case). The manager backed her up even though she had not seen my foot before the pedicure. After my complaint, the rest of the pedicure was rushed and not worth the money. I literally hobbled out of the salon as it hurt to put pressure on the sole of my foot. I would definitely not recommend getting a pedicure at this salon.

I feel bad writing this but have tried to speak to the owner directly but shes never free to talk these days. I used to love going here. I heard that a particular therapist didn't do what we normally get from a facial so I booked with another named lady but ended up being seen by the one I didn't want. She really did not seem to know what she was doing in regards to a facial - it was just apply and clean and steam for ages. Something you can do at home on yourself.
Also having gone here for a pedicure, I only got one coat that was not usual high standard and as a result was chipping in a week. It was so rushed, even filing of skin is rough - left my feet in a worse condition that I went in with.
Really sad about this as have been a loyal client and thought I found a really good place :(
