I am concerned that the wax heater is faulty and needs testing. The wax was particularly hot, more than I had experienced before. The member of staff treating me said she had turned it down from 5 to 4 already as most people said it was hot. I didn’t think much of it at the time Thinking it was an alright place and would go back again possibly, but since my skin has been much more sensitive than previous for much longer and would never go back as a result.
In addition the finish to the Brazilian was very uneven.
