After my pedicure I asked for a manicure (no polish). The did a quick file and cuticle tidy up. The lady spent 8 mins in total, filed my nails (different lengths) and ended up with a small tear in one where it wasn’t field down correctly and caught on my jumper meaning I had to file when I was home. I was charged £15 for the 8 minutes when I think they should have charged £10 max.
