Wonderful service. Was my first wax and was quite nervous, but I was immediately put at ease by the technician. They were running behind a bit (due to staff illness, unavoidable), but they simply swapped my appointments over, communicated clearly, got me a coffee and I wasn't kept waiting very long at all. Very smoothly handled indeed.
