Wonderful service. Was my first wax and was quite nervous, but I was immediately put at ease by the technician. They were running behind a bit (due to staff illness, unavoidable), but they simply swapped my appointments over, communicated clearly, got me a coffee and I wasn't kept waiting very long at all. Very smoothly handled indeed.

I usually come here for my nails which they do a great job but have stopped for nearly a year as I wanted to give my nails a break. I usually get a wax near where I work but it was my first time getting a Hollywood wax at this place. I had Hira and she was so lovely and professional. Also the owner is very sweet, she still remembers my
name after nearly a year of not going!
