I don’t normally leave bad reviews. I just don’t comment because others may have a different experience. I came on time for my appointment and ended up having three different people do my french manicure (shellac). One lady had to leave to catch her train, then the next was moved to another customer and the last wasn’t paying attention and I had two different looking hands and had to ask them to correct it. The nails weren’t set long enough, which I mentioned and they didn’t seem to care - probably because I had already pre-paid. My nails ended up chipped badly at the edges and into the nail bed. This has never happened before. It’s a shame because they came highly rated.
