Good atmosphere and staff as usual. Fazia was not in so had another girl wax me. She was very delicate, however not all hair was removed. Next time will be calling to confirm Fazia is in. Can be misleading to pick a specific beautician on treatwell and be given someone else.

Anna is excellent. Pays attention to detail so that my nails are always perfect and last ages. She gives the best foot massages too! I think all the staff are wonderful. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. The best salon in beckenham.
