I love this place, love the staff but this time I am really not happy with my nails! The top coat is smooth however the dipping powder is lumpy and feels uneven. The shape is not what I wanted and it was difficult to communicate my concerns as the ladies wanted to leave to go home. I will inform of my disappointment if I return to the salon

On this occasion I was left disappointed with my treatment. The salon had clearly accepted too many bookings in the lead up to Christmas and despite having a booking I waited for nearly an hour. If I hadn’t prepaid I would definitely have left. This is unusual however since on every other visit my treatment and experience has been very good.
