very busy and obviously popular as many clients arriving were recognisable to staff. I showed a photo of what I wanted and they went out of their way to deliver, love my nails.
booked time slot was not met but complimentary drinks and snacks on offer while you wait.

First visit to the salon. They were busy due to just coming out of lockdown and I waited almost half an hour past my appointment time. Other than that all good.
