The service was fine but unfortunately I won’t be coming back to Orchid. I used to come for nails and waxing and there was always a lovely aroma and cool atmosphere, it really felt like a spa. Unfortunately now there is just a pure acetone smell and it’s really off-putting, I had a thumping headache by the end. A lot of staff who used to work there are gone. The venue still does not take card payments either - v poor. The seating is not that comfortable either

The facial was proper. deep clean, extraction and massage.i felt good afterward . It is a five 5 for the treatment.
However, it was a bit noisy as the nail salon is just next to the room so you can hear people talking and laughing. It is a shame, you cannot completely relax.
Also no skincare advise are provided
