Refills took an hour and a half instead of 35 minutes because they over book and don’t have enough staff or tables for everybody, so the staff are coming back and fourth to different people and constantly stopping and starting your nails which is fustrating. I asked for a design and what I got was very poor and messy looking. They also rushed me out by saying my nails was dry (as other people were waiting) however got into my car and nails were a mess. Been here a few times but wouldn’t return.

Orchid is amazing. Customer service is at the heart of everything they do. They just want you to be happy with the results. They know your name when you come through the door and it is highly efficient. I would not consider going anywhere else.
