I was greeted by a lovely lady who I think was running the shop but once I sat down to get my nails done the experience quickly went downhill. The extensions were cut too short despite me telling the guy the first one was too short he cut the rest short anyway and told me it's done now and then got up and worked on another work station! I waited 5 mins before someone took over, he was more professional. I was offered water whilst everyone else was offered tea or coffee. Won't be returning.
