New to Beckenham so had to find somewhere new to get my treatments done. Wanted to get everything done in one place which I was able to do. The salon gets very busy so I would advise to book ahead. All of the staff are friendly and everything was done quickly, I did not have to wait for any of my treatments. All of the staff were professional and everyone seemed as though they enjoyed working there.

Owner charged me an extra £5 to remove cuticles when this was not stated on treatwell. Apparently removing cuticles is classed as a manicure is at this salon. I even had to ask for hand cream and was not offered it as part of my "manicure".
The salon also does not accept card and there is no ATM closeby so you have to buy something at a local store and pay 50p for cashback there. Definitely will not be returning. Not happy at all
