Firstly, the salon is CASH ONLY, something which isn’t made 100% clear on the app or at the salon itself. When I returned from my treatment I was directed to a newsagent to get money, which had a £2 withdrawal charge. It is quite odd that in a time when even the smallest of small businesses has a card reader, such a popular salon does not….Also: treatment door didn’t fully close; the massage was poorly performed; none of my details were taken beforehand and the salon was too loud to be relaxing.

Nail tech was very rude and argumentative which made it an un- pleasantexperince. The second one who did my nails was friendlier, she did a nice job with the colour.
But the overall experince was bad and i wont go back.
