The most unhygienic nails place I have ever been to!
1. They do not sanitize the equipment properly, barely washing by water
2. The person who did my nails did not wash his hands when switching between different clients
3. Cut my fingers multiple times, used his fingers to stop the bleed! Asked him to get alcohol, he did not! Instead he used some transparent polish to stop the bleed; when I asked him to clean it again with alcohol he didn’t do it well; blood was still there under the paint

Left feeling relaxed & pampered! The Orchid Studio is primarily a nail salon so it doesn’t have the same ambiance as a spa but the facial was done in a separate room with relaxing music. I would have appreciated a bit of a run down of what products were used & why and maybe a quick follow up with regards to how often I should have a facial and what I should do for my skin but overall a nice experience, value for money & I will be booking another facial soon!

I have never been disappointed with the services at The Orchid Studio! Every time, my wax has been relatively painless, I have had great chats with the beauty therapist, the treatment is quick and so reasonably priced! Thank you again :)
