They use the same instruments on every person without wiping them down which i find very unhygienic. They book far too many appointments and you end up having to wait. I went to have the extensions removed and waited 45 minutes after my appointment time before they even got to me.

Was overall a great experience, got free tea, and got the pedicure with gel nails. My appointment was booked for 3:30pm but didn't get seen till after 4pm because they was busy. That was the only downfall really, other than that love the colour of my nails
