Atmosphere and cleanliness was lovely, so was the staff. However, I felt like my nails were very rushed as there were other people waiting for SNS. My nails were left unfinished, the edges weren't smoothed out around the cuticle so they keep getting caught and feel like they will rip off. The top layer of varnish that was put on is streaky and chipped. I'm really dissapointed because every other time I've had my nails done here they have been perfect.
