After waiting for 30 minutes I was finally seen to. All treatments were fine apart from underarm wax. I have been left with burns where the wax was too hot and the treatment was rushed. Would not return and after timeless bad experiences with wait times I would not recommend.

During the soak off shellac I experienced pain and sensitivity as the shellac was filed off with the electric file, rather than using the soak + file method; for this alone I wouldn’t go back for this treatment. For the nail varnish on toes, the application was poor, parts of the nail didn’t have paint on; the paint came out thick bumpy and there was no drying in between coats. Once I raised this, the manager was rude and openly unimpressed that I wasn’t willing to accept this service.
