Had a booked appointment and was sat In the chair for half hour and they still hadn’t started my manicure. Now left with terrible nails that had sat soaking for 20 minutes and I’m going on holiday tomorrow and had wanted my nails done and the colour to match my feet. Really upset with this salon had been here quite a few times and now I’m just left hugely disappointed and inconvenienced.

I had a great experience today with Fiza. I was dreading the Hollywood wax but she did it really quick and wasn't as painful as previous waxes. The massage was amazing, good pressure and very relaxing. Lovely little room too out the back away from main salon. Will definitely be coming back!
