I would say pay each customer equal attention for each massage chair make sure you give them a loyalty card and also please make sure that if somebody is paying £35 for a shellac pedicure that you make sure the person that's doing it does a good job, I've now found another place to get my shellac pedicure done so you've lost a customer.
Poor service however I see that you have your favourites who you boil down to and then those you ignore
