Staff was lovely and attentive, but the massage was too soft, even after requesting more pressure. The massage room is in the main nail salon with loud pop music and the smell of nail products. Not bad per se - but will come back for other treatments

T who does my wax is amazing as usual. She does a thorough job with my Hollywood wax every single time. After my wax today the owner of the shop shouted about long my wax took in front of all the customers. Very unprofessional and disappointed

I booked an appointment but the salon were running 15 mins late. The beautician was friendly but wasn't that thorough and I unfortunately left with some hairs still on my bikini line.
